ClicBot Tracking Order Status

Recientemente hice un pedido de un robot Loona y llegó todo correcto, lo envían al parecer desde china, aduanas no me lo paró, no se si porque pagan el iva o porque motivo, pero tardó menos de lo esperado. De momento muy contento con el producto, con el servicio técnico no he tenido que contactar de momento, de momento dejo mis 5 estrellas.

TOTAL SCAM!!! Fedex just told me that they could not deliver because this company was sending me an empty box.

No after sales support. The Loona robot stop working, It didn't last a month. I got it on the kickstarter campaign and after the initial failure everything was feeling helpless and finding support delays with worthless mails. Not reliable at all, not the technology nor the support. I don't really understand about all the prizes they claim to have received for the Loona robot, but better to avoid spending your money here.

Ho acquistato Loona robot online, sul sito garantivano la consegna entro Natale se avessi ordinato il robot entro il 10 dicembre. Ho pagato l’ordine il 9 dicembre ma Loona è arrivata dopo Natale, così ho dovuto acquistare un altro regalo per mio figlio… Peraltro dovrebbero segnalare che il prodotto arriva dalla Cina

I got my loona not even a month she's already having issues. Their customer service doesn't seem to care as no one will respond to my emails. No phone number to talk to anyone. I'm sure their refund policy is non existent as no one will get back to you to even talk about it. Very expensive toy with no support.
