Kenwood UK Tracking Order Status

Don't touch the Kenwood American style fridge freezer, not had mine a month yet, and had it replaced, because of dents in doors and water dispenser constantly leaking. The replacement turned up with bigger dents and water dispenser leaking worse than the first one. We are now waiting for another dispenser replacement. As need a fridge freezer. Compensated 15% from Kenwoods.

Sicherheitsmangel: 1. Beim Arbeiten mit dem Rührwerk der Kenwood Chef sollte der Arm der Maschine verriegelt sein. 2. Die Abdeckung für den seitlichen Antriebsanschluss müsste besser halten, sonst besteht Gefahr, das sich dieses Teil mit zu schwachem Magnet in den Kessel fällt und beim Kneten in die Masse gerät.

Had a visit from kenwood on 3rd march and hey presto the gentleman fixed the dishwasher after 3 months- mind you not used yet but hopeful

Ich würde nie wieder eine andere Maschine kaufen als Kenwood. Im Septemer hatten wir Dorffest ich und meine 2Freundinen hatten den Auftrag Kartoffel zu Raspeln wir haben in 3Tagen 325 kg Kartoffen geraspelt keine andere Maschine hätte das geschafft ohne Problem einfach genial 👍

I am very satisfied with the purchase, despite the many negative reviews about the company, we were delivered on time and without damage. We chose a mixer model for a long time, choosing this one we did not fail. We have been using it for more than a year, mainly for creams and pastries.
