Keku Tracking Order Status

Easy to use. I had an issue and was able to figure it out by myself. Good customer service, they respond to my email. The best way to reach them is through email.

Use this to make calls to India- for the last few months , call keeps dropping every ten minutes and poor connection - person on the other end cannot hear me clearly.

Bad customer service.

Keku's customer service is dismal. I received a response to the first inquiry I sent, but have not had my concerns addressed for over a month. I called today and after staying on the phone for 10 minutes, the automated machine tells me I have called outside of office hours (9-5 PM). It was 4:27 p.m by this time. Improve your customer service please!!
