Received exactly as described and in 4 days rather than their projected date of 6-8. Was built and packaged in the manner they use to do in the USA. It was delivered in a small but sturdy, 1/4 inch plywood box and wrapped in cushioned tape. Couldn't have been packaged better as the product was bendable and easy to dent. But, this company came through it with an amazing product, no dings or damages and thus to hassle with returns etc.! Great product, fantastic company.

I purchased a beautiful vanity from KB authority. Absolutely no issues. It took a week or two longer to get the vanity but it's the most beautiful vanity I've ever seen. Waaayyy better than anything than at Lowes or Home depot. It was packaged and shipped professionally with no damage.

I ordered a bathtub which was the wrong size, tried to return it unopened...regardless of the condition it's in, it was an automating 30% restocking fee. Regardless, I decided to return my bathtub in person to the RMA center which is within an hour from me. They opened the box up and checked every single part of the tub and fixtures to make sure it was perfect condition (it was unopened). They then gave me a slip that said, return was in "good" condition....and told me I should expect my refund soon. That was 2 month ago, I've made several phone calls where reps tell me my refund is on its way, it has never been received. They have the worst customer service, the reps are rude and short...be aware. I'm on the phone with them (on hold for 20 minutes now) as I write this review. Avoid this place if you can.
