Kawaii Pen Shop Tracking Order Status

Such a fun shop. Great products, perfect to soothe my itch for nostalgic Sanrio items as well as some adorable and practical office supplies. I have made multiple orders now and plan on continuing shopping with Kawaii Pen Shop!

Delighted with my order! It was my first time shopping at Kawaii Pen Shop and i'm so happy with everything I got. It did take a little bit to get delivered, but as advised on their website, and when contacted Customer Service about it they replied fast and were very helpful. Will definitely be shopping again!

my items arrived quickly considering how far they had to travel. my family loved the items especially the sanrio stickers

I read reviews on here after ordering $45 of stuff and got super scared that I'd get scammed but my experience with them was actually great! They emailed me asking for my phone number to upgrade my shipping which was a bit suspicious but it turned out fine. Items were packed safely and arrived EXTREMELY FAST!

Company registered in Wyoming WY, but charges sales tax for all other states. Products ship from China directly, so there shouldn't be any local sales tax charges. Very suspicious of tax evading practice. They do ship legitimate products, I received products, hence 2 stars.
