Ordered these bowls from Katom. They came about 1.5 weeks later. Though I inquired about my turquoise Churchill Plates. They emailed back (from Tennessee) that those would arrive in possibly 2 months. I had looked at Trustpilot.com AFTER I ordered, ans i was nervous, but I wanted to write that my bowls arrived and they are the real deal. They are for personal use and I'm so excited to have them. Katom answered my call and responded. PS, can I not leave a picture? I wanted to show them in real life.

I have been a customer of Katom for 10 years I have only wonderful things to say about Katom up until covid I recieved everything I ordered, things that was out of stock I got a refund, the 2 items that was damaged by the delivery driver was replaced. This product is so good and nice

Looked hard to find the right Scotsman Ice machine. Was going to order another at higher price because of no inventory on the preferred machine. Dylan helped me, letting me know when the preferred machine would arrive, kept me updated, and arranged the order when in inventory arrived. Saved me $300. Great service. Dylan went above and beyond.
