Katies Tracking Order Status

I read the reviews on here after I'd placed my order and was worried I'd have a bad experience like so many on here but was pleasantly surprised. It only took 2 weeks from the time I placed my order to receive it here in New Zealand. I ordered 2 skirts and am pleased with the quality although they are both too big for me even after I sized down, so if I order from them again I think I'll try sizing down 2 sizes from my regular size. Overall can't complain :)

I'll admit I was skeptical after I read the reviews. My order arrived, within a reasonable time. It was lumpy and of a weight something I was not expecting. I can not lie as one thing after another tumbled out, I. Was. DELIGHTED. Keeping it ALL. The only mistake was I ordered black instead of navy. Yeah go Katie's and the team that made it happen. 👍🏻💃💃💃👍🏻

I was very pleased to be served by Shelly at Northland. She has been there for quite some time. Always has a smile on her face and always very busy keeping the store in order. I never walk out empty handed when Shelly works there as she always try’s to assist in finding what I am looking for in my size.

I have ordered with Katies online many times and was able to arrange Click and Collect in the past. Now, for some reason, this is not possible and I have to pay and wait for delivery. The 2 recent orders placed with Katies, I have had to follow up through their Customer Care team because after receiving the confirmation email I receive nothing else. I am still awaiting advice of the status of an order I placed on 10th February after following up with their Customer Care team. They debited my credit card for the more than $100 order on 11th February, but in my Katies account it still states the order is new. Not happy. The online service has gone downhill with Katies. Just to add, the reason I buy online with Katies is because you cannot buy all the stock you see online in store and they have different sales online. I have a Katies store very close to me and would be happy to pick up my goods if Click and Collect was still available. Don't know why it isn't? I have been shopping with Katies for years so very disappointed with the recent experiences.
