kate spade Tracking Order Status

My bag was from Cambodia and legit Kate spade bags are not manufactured there from what research I’ve done but it was good quality surprisingly. I guess that’s why it’s called surprise Kate spade

I purchased the Staci Garden Bouquet Straw Small Satchel with listed measurements on the website of 11.35" W x 8.2" H x 3.2" D. The longest side is only 8.75". I requested an exemption from the "no returns" policy because of this rather significant difference in advertized size versus actual size, but they refused citing their "Final Sale" policy. Size is one of the first criteria we use when choosing what bags to buy. I am very disappointed with Kate Spade for their refusal to take responsibility for their inaccurate advertising. I will probably never purchase from them again.

I purchased a wallet in the surprise sale to replace an older Kate Spade wallet that I had purchased from a store. Both wallets were the exact same style, but the quality of the surprise wallet was much worse! The leather was thinner and stiffer, the inside pockets were tighter (harder to fit credit cards), and the interior color was black instead of ivory. I would not shop the sale again.

I have ordered two bags from them and they’ve always been great quality. They are just as they were described in the ad. I get tons of compliments on them.
