It happened that I stopped by accidentally in that store, but I had a great experience thanks to Shanna, the store manager. She was very nice and helpful. I loved the blessing with the Singing Bowl part! Thank you!

I paid $79 for a bracelet for my grandson that was shown in men’s bracelets that looks like the clear rubber band that it is strung with will break when he puts it on, or maybe when he takes it off. For the price I expect some quality. The beads (gemstones) are T-tiny. Never ever again will I buy anything from this site again. I feel so taken advantage of. DL

Overpriced crap from China. So disappointed in the necklace and bracelet I ordered for my daughter for Christmas. Lacks authenticity.

I originally left a bad review due to a bad quality bracelet I received that was meant for my partner’s 30th birthday, but broke within 2 weeks. However, I am now updating my review as I am very impressed and happy with the customer service I received to rectify the issue. I was dealt with efficiently and politely. They sent me a replacement product and they sent me another product of my choosing, free of charge, to apologise for what happened. The replacement product I received was of a better quality and I received it very quickly. Thank you, Karma and Luck, for resolving the issue. It shows that even when things go wrong, this company cares about its customers satisfaction and helps to resolve the issue.

I have purchased several pieces since 2020. The first purchase was great, quick delivery and value . In the subsequent 2 years, I’ve noticed a decline in the overall experience. Jewelry isn’t same quality/ inferior , pulls on bracelet cheap, beads ..etc..There are long delivery times, customer service interactions were disappointing. I will no longer purchase anything from Karma and Luck
