Kardiel Tracking Order Status

The chairs ordered are well constructed, just what I was looking for. The delivery experience was exceptional.. The two men who brought the furniture to the second floor were very helpful and polite. My experience should be rated as a 5. I will order a sectional sofa from you in the near future. The quality of the pieces is outstanding!

I had read some negative reviews on how Kardiel customer service was difficult in terms of returns or problems with delivery of items and damaged items. Because of this I followed their rules exactly as stated When I received my items one chair was damaged. When I reached out to kardiel they immediately responded and sent a furniture specialist to my home within days of delivery who addressed the issue. What impressed me the most was how kardiel immediately reached out to me after the repair was completed to find out if I was satisfied with the results. I give them an A+. By the way, I also love the products I ordered. I happen to live in a small beach community in Delaware where a living USA president calls home.

HOLLYWOOD Couch! Or is this Malibu? Couch is stunning! Style & quality are A+. The wood is a design home run and really makes it stand out from competitors. White Glove delivery was fast & professional, although I could have easily done it myself, all that was needed was the twist on legs. Company was so accommodating and sent me an annoying amount of swatches. Their customer service was very patient. Both the white & black aniline swatches were perfect for my high traffic area. Couch is a firm sit but I love that cushions are not removable so the look will hopefully stay consistent for years to come.

Just received my 2nd piece of furniture from Kardiel. Love the design. The delivery was great too. Not sure what all the hullabaloo is, they were great both times. Just a note to the owner of Kardiel, thank you for your words. I'm very pleased with my Bauhaus console. It definitely is beautiful design and great quality.

I love my Kardiel couch! It's so aesthetic looking and makes my home so cute :) It's the first thing people mention when they walk into my apartment. Their customer service was super great to deal with too. I can't wait to get another when I move into a bigger space!
