Kai's Virgin Vapor Tracking Order Status

I have need doing business with Kai’s Virgin Vapor for several months. On December 24th I placed an order with my cell phone using their discount code, at the end of the process, the code didn’t apply so I started all over and again entered the code. I got the same result so I thought maybe the code would apply when I processed the order. Realizing that it did not, I called and left a detailed message and sent not 1 but 2 emails, one from the website and one from the order conformation explaining what happened asking for either the charge adjustment or cancelation of the order. All my request were ignored, the whole amount applied to my card and the order was processed and shipped. The discount was for 40% off. I couldn’t afford all I ordered without the discount and since it wasn’t adjusted, the draft for my medication was declined. I am taking my business to another company.

There was 1 time that I ordered back in May when I couldn’t reach anyone….e-mail bounced back, phone disconnected and no response on an order ticked I placed. I was getting nervous so I put in a dispute with my CC company. Days later I had my order. Since then I’ve ordered numerous times and the customer service couldn’t be better as well as my Death by Chocolate vape juice. I now get my order in 2-3 days across the country and couldn’t be happier.
