Excellence rug. Simple ordering process. Great site.

The rug I bought did not fit the space and I needed to return it. I found your return policy/process to be EXTREMELY complicated and involved. After two weeks, I communicated through email and received a response that I could be refunded 50% of the cost AND that I could keep the rug. So now, I have a rug that serves NO purpose for me and it still cuts me over $50.00. I would have preferred to return the rug for a full refund.

Very good quality rugs The whole process was excellent, delivered on time and properly wrapped, loved the first rug and subsequently bought two more. Haven’t tried washing yet.

I love the rug. The delivery was a bit erratic, kept getting notifications that it was arriving on a particular date, which was then changed to another date. However, I have it now and I am happy 🌞
