Credit where it’s due. I booked it, then read the reviews when it was too late to do anything about it, so was very apprehensive. However, everything was as described. They were there waiting having called ahead. They dealt with the parking charge having entered the car park. They returned the car promptly when I called on landing. No excessive mileage was added. The car was in the condition I left it in. I don’t doubt the experiences of people who previously left reviews but I’d have to say my experience was positive. I’d just say though that for a meet and greet service, I’d normally expect them to be tracking flights to deliver the car promptly rather than have to call, but that’s nit picking.

To be honest, this company came up on the comparison website, responsibly priced, and was a meet and greet at the terminal. I didn't read the reviews until I was on holiday and then became worried, not only about the safety and condition of my car but did I even have a car to come back to? Bmw? YES is the answer....... We arrived at airport and one of the lads turned up withing around 15 mins, handover was smooth. On return we gave them a call, well maybe 2 or 3. after we collected our bags, we made our way to the same place we dropped the car, they arrived after 10mins. The car back as we left it, just footwells were a little dirty. Would use the company again. And recommend

On our return we waited in the cold for 1hr and 1/4. All the information we had was the drivers tel number. We did not realise Justpark me just took the booking. I tried to complain and they gave me a drivers tel number. He gave me an email address but I got no reply from several emails sent. Just park me said they couldn’t do anything because they were just booking agents

Read reviews online and was horrified as I had already passed my car over. However pick up was prompt and when picking my car back up on return was within 15 minutes of departure from airport.

Very smooth! Car collected within 5 minutes of arrival at terminal 1 Manchester and upon arrival I was several hours earlier than what was on the booking but no problem for them. Dropped car off as left within 15 mins
