JustGolfStuff CA Tracking Order Status

Ordered two sets of grips and two dozen reclaimed balls. The grips arrived, but no balls. Two emails and one week later, no reply. Terrible experience. So after two more days and no emails from justgolfstuff the balls have arrived. I have to say that their support system is horrible, but I did receive my order. Maybe posting here made a difference.

I bought two pair of Etonic golf shoes. The shoes were 79.99. A couple days after I made the purchase, the price dropped to 49.99. I emailed the service department to see if it was possible to get a credit for the different. A week later, $60 was credited to my credit card. Needless to say, I was thrilled. That's service!

Had a small problem with the delivery of my order. The issue was with the Currier not Just Golf Stuff. I contacted the Courier and they were very prompt in sorting out the issue. Just Golf Stuff did send me an email notifying me of the delay and both Just Golf Stuff and the Courier kept me up to date on the issue and it was solved in a timely manner. The item I purchased from Just Golf Stuff was exactly what I ordered and was in perfect condition.
