Just Go Holidays Tracking Order Status

Great holiday idea, but reality of poor time management on trips, poor quality of hotel room, windows not opening, but leaking into room, bathroom window sealed,no extractor, therefore mould on ceiling. Finally husband ill,removed from coach at Lancaster services at 80 years of age with luggage and sick husband, left to fend for ourselves to get home, pestered 3 times for reviews,twice with brochures for further bookings, but no contact regarding how we fared or indeed were. Not happy, especially as it cost us an extra £144.40 ,The insurance would cost £130 in excess, not worth the paper written on!!!!

Our driver was excellent Food and staff at hotel were good A couple issues with bedroom - we were at the back of the hotel and they had 2 air conditioning boxes outside which hummed all night preventing me from getting a decent nights sleep, even with the window closed I could still hear it. The toilet seat was loose, but that was quickly rectified while we were out.

Good itinerary - a balance between arranged visits to places of interest and free time. Staff at hotel friendly and good food and efficiently served.

No problems at all with this weekend at Althorpe, childhood home of Diana. I would always recommend Just Go holidays. Bosworth Hall Hotel was very, very clean and there was a good and varied choice of meals.
