Just Candy Tracking Order Status

It was easy to order and received the candies timely. There was a mistake made on my order but it was corrected very quickly. Thank you!

First order came in wrong but customer service was great and they replaced my order for free.

I inadvertently put the wrong mailing address on my order. the address was changed and a second ornament was sent to replace the first.

I’m so happy with my pink sugar gummy bears for a baby shower I’m hosting. The first order came printed incorrectly. Leslie in customer service remade the order. She was excellent and made sure it was received so we had them in time for the shower. Perfect hostess favor for our guest at each place setting. It was a perfect decoration for our table. Thank you again to Leslie!

I received the wrong ornament (same one) twice. Original shipping, Dec 19.) After much emailing back and forth...NO person to talk with...I just finally received the correct one on 1/16/25. Since it was personalized for my Granddaughter's first married Christmas receiving it after the fact was disappointing. I will say all other ornaments were correct and timely
