Bestilte et billede på aluminiumsplade. Modtog billedet indenfor en uges tid. Det var forsvarligt pakket ind. Billedet er i rigtig flot kvalitet og inkl. en lille pose med materiale til ophængning. Så kan kun anbefale deres aluminiums-print.

Bestilte en plakat med ramme den 5. August. Skrev til dem den 8. August fordi jeg ikke kunne forstå jeg ikke have modtaget noget tracking nr. Jeg modtog svar retur at varen skulle produceres og det ville tage 5 dages tid og så ville jeg modtage tracking nr. Og ganske rigtigt næste dag modtog jeg tracking nummer og i dag kom den fedeste plakat flot indrammet. Tror vi er blevet meget forvendt med levering dagen efter, - men gode ting lader nogle gange vente på sig.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Customer Service at Juniqe. Even though i had multiple issues with my products it was dealt with efficiently and professionally whilst maintaining a very individualised service. The online service for returns is very efficient. However, I did have a further issue which meant I needed to contact an advisor. Alejandra was very understanding of the issues I had with my order and sent out a replacement very quickly with no fuss. Alejandra's person touch to dealing with my issues went a long way and there were no generic responses received. This really made me feel that there was time and effort going into dealing with me specifically.

Parcel was lost in post but guys are helpful and warm

Anika from customer service team was really helpful in helping me find a specific painting i wanted which i saw on a bloggers account, but couldnt find after few failed attempts. Super happy with the service provided. 100% will be buying more posters from Juniqe.
