Jungheinrich PROFISHOP CH Tracking Order Status

Am 23.02.2024 habe ich einen Schraubstock bestellt und mit Vorauskasse bezahlt. Einen Tag später bemerkte ich, dass sich der Schraubstock nach hinten öffnet, was ich nicht gebrauchen kann, und habe deshalb die Bestellung storniert. Die Stornierung ist bestätigt worden mit dem Vermerk, dass die Rückzahlung erfolgen wird. Leider ist die Rückzahlung bis heute (05.04.2024) trotz meiner Mahnung nicht erfolgt. Das Vorgehen von Jungheinrich ProfiShop ist unprofessionell und ärgerlich, ich kann deshalb diese Firma nicht weiterempfehlen.

Von wegen Profishop, dieses Unternehmen besteht aus lauter Amateuren !

Maybe this company has better prices and service towards other companies buying in bulk, but if that's not you, do NOT use them. I order a workbench (500 chf) and a separate perforated back board to hang tools on (76 chf). Took them 5 weeks to deliver the workbench, and then I saw the exact same one (same brand, exactly the same) on stock in Hornbach for 275 chf :-(. The perforated board has still not been delivered, i have asked them multiple times and they now tell me it will be delivered in calendar week 6. Big mistake buying from them but i guess its my fault for not doing my homework.
