JUCY Rentals New Zealand Tracking Order Status

I am editing my review as I was able to get timely response. The issue was solved to my satisfaction. The car I got was outdated. Had 70k. Yea this ain't your top tier rental car company. It didn't even have a back up camera nor cruise control. You get what you pay for. They do charge a hefty 4 fee for EVERY TOLL. That is a ripoff

they were so sweet and understanding and helped us with any questions we had. since we were 19 and not many other places let younger drivers hire, this company did and took the best care of us. incredible customer service! would hire again :)

Went to HERZ was $1200 to rent a car for 6 days then went to JUCY and was $300 for 6 days, we showed up with no booking got a car within 30 minutes loved the customer service, absouslty going here from now on!! 10/10!!!!

We waited at the airport for over an hour for a pickup. On the phone, they said they would be there in 10-15 minutes. When we got to the rental place, nobody was at the counter and I had to call for help. We got our car and it was super old and outdated. Scratches all over the car. No phone hookup. When we started driving, I realized how bad the alignment was. My arms were tired after driving because I had to constantly be holding and pulling the wheel. The wheels were bald so that ruined some of my plans of driving in a national park. About halfway through the week, the one tire was so low that the PSI was 10! We had to keep stopping to fill the air. Never again. Pay the fee extra bucks to get a newer and better car at the airport.

So unbelievably slow picking up and dropping off. Staff floating around.
