JTV Tracking Order Status

This is not a jewelry review it’s a strange review. My wife has been watching Jtv for years. Also have ordered a number of items. Last night she thought she would look at some of the rings she got. And to her surprise when she opened the box under the packing foam that the ring is mounted in there was a worm that was under the foam. She keeps all her rings in a special box I got for her so I know it had to have come from Jtv. So when you get rings check the box to see if there is a worm in your box.

I have been a customer of JTV since 1998. Everything I have ordered from them has been exceptionally excellent! Furthermore, in 1999 I returned a 16", 1/2" wide 14K herringbone chain because, as it was improperly placed in the jewelry box, it was bent. I straightened it out satisfactorily, but I sent it back for exchange. Sadly, all sold out! I'm kicking myself today because the chain was discounted down to $49.99 back then! Just yesterday I received pear shaped amethyst earrings that were a display item, or return that were discounted down to $67. These majestic African Amethyst earrings are 18 ctw, set in 18K gold over .925 silver, and they're gorgeous, but even as they're huge amethyst stones, they're not gaudy. Mazel tov🥳🍾🥂

Hi, I was trying to say I really like all my jewelry but please tell the hosts that they need their nails taken care of. The gal on tonight hasn't had hers filled and it is not a good look.

my wife called jtv about ordering an item and they kept telling her it was free shipping if ordered online. well it wasnt and after having phone chat, received no satisfaction , this is a trick and i bought item for her and next time will look elsewhere- bait-and switch beware

Really like the Ethiopian ring and earrings set. Takes a little longer to get to Canada but well worth the wait. I watch your show every nite on channel chch.
