Joyfolie Tracking Order Status

THEY WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS!! ONLY STORE CREDIT ! YOU BETTER HOLD YOUR NOSE ( SMELLY CLOTHES)AND BETTER LIKE THE CLOTHES. The picture are quite impressive but incredibly poor quality dresses. Should sell on Temu or Shein instead. My daughters dress for a Christmas event came packaged in a bag with a HORRIBLE SMELL!!! I can not be the only one with this experience. I emailed them right away. This was early December 2024. I am still waiting for a refund . They are only offering credit. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY I WOULD WANT A CREDIT FROM A COMPANY THAT WOULD SEND ME A FOUL SMELLNG DRESS!!

I have bought a couple of dresses and I have been happy with them. They are a bit overpriced but they are very flowery etc. however they should make it A LOT more clear that if you use a COUPON you CANT get a refund. It should be stated as you are checking out or in the description…not in small print in the return section. It really is very underhand Edit* After reading the reply…. Yes it is available but most people won’t realize you can’t return if you have used a coupon. Multiple other people have complained so you know what you’re doing. You know it’s underhand. You are telling me it’s my own fault for not reading a huge policy….no your company freely hands out coupons KNOWING it will void any return. Stop acting like it is our fault for not scouring the website for fine print

Love this online store. I bought two dresses and the quality and uniqueness is one of a kind. You will not regret a purchase from this store. My purchase even came with a cute journal and a note from the owner of the brand, it was a nice touch that is not seen very often these days. I recommend this brand and will purchase from them in the future.
