Joybird Furniture Tracking Order Status

My family and I went into the Joybird store and the ladies there were great! She walked us through all of our options, found the few that would work in our space and then helped us find a chair to go with. Great experience!

Cheryl is very knowledgeable about all of the products and incredibly helpful with design ideas. She made the buying process very enjoyable.

Hayley was so helpful! She spent time assisting me with color choices and I can’t wait to get my Sebastian sectional!

My husband and I shopped in store at the Seattle location. Our associate Callie was wonderful- so helpful, answering all of our questions and helping us choose colors, understanding which fabrics would work well with pets, are breathable, etc. The store was clean and bright, and I was able to see how different fabrics will look in both fluorescent and natural lighting, as well as feel them- huge plus in comparison to other furniture stores where there’s no customization and if there is, you’re unable to feel it because of limited floor samples. Callie helped us make final decisions and purchase our couch, and we can’t wait to get it in about 6 weeks! :)
