JOSEPH Tracking Order Status

They need to improve return courier service otherwise I would avoid to order from them. I sent back my return on 5th of March, today is 26th of March and they still even got my parcel. The return could not even be tracked so I do not know anything. I contacted them for this reason, they are friendly but could not confirm whether it is normal or not that I cannot track my return (I sent 2 returns in a row). I do not know when to expect my money back, it is frustrating.

Very poor customer service. No respons to e-mails. (About a return that had not been processed 13 days after it arrived back at their Kortrijk facility. No mail, no refund, nothing. The phone is not answered either. After 15 minutes on hold ( twice) you get the machine that tells you to leave a message. Update: Finally did reach the customerservice by phone. The lady on the phone was very kind and assured me the refund process would take place in the next couple of days Will update again once I have actually gotten the refund;) Update 2 Day after the review tre return was processed. And also refunded immediately. So it turned out fine in the end. But since it took 3,5 weeks after I shipped the return I would suggest Joseph to make the return proces from the EU faster or more insightful somehow. Nevertheless… once you do reach the customer service, they are very kind and fast.
