JomaShop Tracking Order Status

Jomashop has great service such as, shipments customer service, secure payment and stuff. They also sells quality products as well. They have great discounts and great promotions as well.

I love how I can add to my collection and aren’t limited because of a price. Jomashop gives me that freedom and it helps a lot. Only thing I would say it the shipping could be better.

I trust Jomashop and I’ve had great experiences ordering from them. I had to make a return once as well and the process was simple and hassle-free. I will definitely order from them again.

At first my impression was not that great - the transactions were getting declined for no apparent reason. Turns out it was a combination of problems with the PayPal API and the care that JomaShop takes of it's transactions to prevent fraud. While it was a bit annoying, it was not their fault in either case. I am currently overseas and we're celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary with some new watches - but it wasn't going through! I was able to call in and talk to a 'Maria G' at JumaShop who pushed our case to a manager. It took a bit of doing but we got the order pushed through and got a great deal on a new Bulova and Tissot! Other places may be cheaper but reputation and warranties are important. We look forward to seeing them both when my Uncle brings them over next month! Big thanks to Maria and the unidentified manager who took the time to look a little deeper and help us out! The canceled order went directly to 'shipped' and now I'm here leaving a review.. thanks guys!

The variety, customer service and prices all continue to bring me back as a repeat customer. If there was something out of stock, they will let me know and allow me to do a partial cancel for my order. You can’t beat the prices Jomashop offers.
