Jo Malone Tracking Order Status

Had a wonderful hand massage at Jo Malone London city branch last week. Thank you Sue and the team

I purchased a 100ml bottle of Oud & Bergamot Intense after trying a sample. It isn't worth trying to explain the aroma because it fades so quickly, typically less than 2 hours. I've been using 10 - 15 sprays on my neck, chest, wrists etc. but there is just no fragrance left by the time I get to work. Jo Malone suggest layering other products, but this a £150 'intense' cologne that completely fails to fulfil the purpose of a scent, i.e you can smell it.

I VISITED THE BEVERLEY STORE IN EAST YORKSHIRE TODAY. I WENT INTO PURCHASE A NEW HAND PUMP WASH AND TO LOOK AT THE NEW FRAGRANCES. NICOLA SERVED US, SHE WAS BRILLIANT, INFORMATIVE, KNEW HER PRODUCTS AND TAUGHT MYSELF AND MY SON HOW TO LAYER OUR FRAGRANCES ETC, A REALLY EXCELLENT SALES LADY, REALLY ENJOYED THIS EXPERIENCE AND SHE NOW HAS MY 15 YEAR OLD SON ADDICTED TO FRAGRANCE :)

I visited the Jo Malone store at Royal Exchange London today for a hand massage. Sue the assistant who did the treatment was very knowledgeable of the products and was spot on suggesting those that she thought suited me/I would like. The store has recently been very tastefully refurbished - the whole experience was most enjoyable and I would highly visiting the store - enjoy

This should have been a 1 star review based on the delivery from DHL and having read other reviews, I don't understand why Jo Malone continue to use such an appalling company to send orders to their customers. However, the service from the Jo Malone customer support team was excellent and especially Jasmine. They went above and beyond to resolve the matter for me and I felt heard. It was so disappointing to not receive the order in time for my birthday and having waited in for 3 days only to experience 3 failed deliveries. However, Jasmine and the manager I spoke to could not have done more to help and when my order did eventually arrive it was beautifully packed and no damage at all. Please Jo Malone, stop using DHL as it is damaging your reputation!
