Der Gutschein wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Aber das einlösen ist leider bis jetzt nicht möglich gewesen. Der Veranstalter wurde mehrfach per Telefon kontaktiert wegen einer Terminabsprache. Aber die ist nicht zustande gekommen. Jetzt geht bei der Nummer des Veranstalters niemand mehr ans Telefon.

It was easy to book a Gutschein, to present it ( I've also got a printed version), but that was all pleasant experience. When I tried to use it: complicated process of getting the actual ticket, I've contacted support and was waiting for too long, the explanation was not clear - it took me a while to understand that I need to call directly to book Flugsimulator and get an appointment, which is available ... only in 3 months. And why there is appointment function online if its not working? Summary: not recommended to give it as a gift. Only if you don't like the person and you want him/her to spend ages to get her present :))
