Ich habe mir die Microfiber active brief in Größe L gekauft. Die brief hat einen sehr hohen Tragecomfort und fühlt sich gut anauf der Haut. Eine super Qualität zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Was mich auch sehr gefreut hatte war, in zwei Tagen hatte ich die Wäre in meiner Hand. Danke

I agree with many of the reviews here. The quality of Jockey 5 years ago was great. Then they started using cheaper/ less comfortable fabrics and they kind of lost me there. I don't know why you stop making something when the quality is so good people come back for it. The comfort and breathabilty of the fabrics has definitely taken a hit. The shipping is also a factor. It takes them 10 days just to get an item from the warehouse to ship (shows printing label for 10 days, but nothing has been dropped off at UPS.) No fun at all! They are not going to make it as an e-commerce until they start communicating better and sticking with the right line of goods that people keep coming back for

I have liked Jockey products for a long time, but recently placed 2 different orders at different times. I needed to return one thing from each order. I had tracking numbers, so could see the company had received the items. I waited 3 weeks to finally call customer service. I was told it would take at least 17 business days for them to credit my account & then an additional 3-5 business days to see it on my credit card. Ridiculous!! It is now over a month since they received my return. I finally got an email saying my account was credited, but still no sign of it on my credit card. I will shop elsewhere going forward.

I want to give 3 stars, but it's too frustrating to do so. Jockey is my preferred brand for underthings, and I love the products – alone they would receive 5 stars. However, the website is a joke. If you are abroad, it will block you from purchasing. The website also, bizarrely, blocks VPNs. The chat function works, but the poor employee on the other end can only send you a password reset link. That's not their fault. They will tell you to wait until you're back in the States, but some people travel very frequently. I have, more than once, been unable to "add to cart" let alone make a purchase. Therefore, for the uselessness of the website, I'm giving it 2 stars.
