I have ordered multiple times from JM Bullion. This is my first review and applies to all orders to date. Everything I ordered were received as described in their offerings. The items are well packaged.

This company makes me feel completely secure in my purchases. We had an order stolen, very clearly before it arrived. JM was clear in what was required on my end and what they would do. I followed the instructions - a customer service representative actually followed up and stayed in contact with me until the process was complete. Did it take a little time? Yes. JMB simply did their due diligence and I got my order replaced. Customer service and products are outstanding.

I know that when I order for JM Bullion I will receive my purchase as quickly as possible. It is packaged well and I feel I am receiving a great value. I also enjoy the uniqueness of some of the coins being offered.
