JLCPCB Tracking Order Status

The board arrived as expected, but I found their website difficult to navigate, and customer support has not yet responded to my email. After overcoming their confusing layout, I managed to place my order, only to discover that the board itself cost just $3.20. However, the shipping charges brought my total to over $23, which was disappointing. I didn't even need the board to function, as it was only for a design prototype. I suggest adding more shipping options and making them easier to find on the website.

I had 200 units of a relatively simple PCB - they arrived quickly, the price was cheap and the PCB worked. The site is not perfect - for example if you have money on your balance you can only increase is by 150$, or the PCB visualization has defects. But the customer service is very responsive, even if they have a very limited power.

So JLCPCB is an amazing company with high quality production processes. I have been using their services for a few years now and never had issues - until I placed my biggest order. I ordered 90 boards for my product with expensive CO2 SMT sensors - which all arrived to me faulty. The issue was caused because of improper storage and/or production - which led to them showing incorrect data. I had to disassemble all the assembled pieces, bake the sensors, and assemble them back which pushed my delivery away a month. After months of discussion with the complaints department, which btw is extremely slow in replying (1 message a day), and kept asking me to send videos and images with almost no investigation on their side - we have reached nowhere. It felt like I am talking to a brick wall with no real responses. To sum up - it's amazing until you run into an issue. And not so much if you do. Order# SMT02408071879571-2140198A

Ein super Unternehmen. Hatte schon öfter Kontrakt mit dem Support und ich finde diesen überragend. Dieser ist zu Geschäftszeiten extrem schnell und extrem freundlich. In meiner letzten Bestellung hatte ich gravierende Fehler die ich gemacht hatte und selbst da wurde mir extrem zuvorkommend geholfen. Ich hoffe meine Bestellungen werden eines Tages größer.
