J.Jill Tracking Order Status

I used to love this company. Recently ordered a chenille sweater - Petite XL. It was sized more like XXL. They no longer let customers view the reviews, which gave valuable info on fit. You can only see the number of stars. The knit was much thinner than similar sweaters I ordered in the past. (I have 3 chenille sweaters I ordered years ago from JJill.) They are charging me $8.00 for the return. Sadly, I think this is no longer a company I can do business with.

I love J Jill. You can count on their sizing. The garment construction is way above average. My complaint is the fabric continues to get thinner and thinner. Some of the tops should come with a warning they are transparent. The clothes are not cheap and quality fabric would be a wonderful plus. PLEASE.

I gave two stars because Jill clothes are not the same as 10 years ago , there is no shape at any point in the dresses it looks like this company just makes box shaped ant adding sleeves, so dissatisfied, I used to get pretty colors and nice fabric texture, in fact clothes are baggy and I feel like they think that we all ladies don’t have shape.

I had left my driver's license at the store at Alderwood Mall in WA state. They called me as soon as they discovered it. I told them I would get it tomorrow. So today 8/8/24 I went back to get it. They were pretty busy but they acknowledged me right away. I let the 1st lady know I was there to get my license and Lisa chimed in that she remembered where it had been put. I found a few things on sale and went to purchase them when Lisa said it would be an 15% off instead of 5. I said darn if I'd known I would have waited to by my items yesterday today. Lisa said let me take care of that for you. She worked her magic cheerfully and now I have credit on my account for next time. Thank you Lisa at Alderwood Mall. Amazing service and product 100% if you don’t like JJill or can’t afford it stop being a negative influence! People stop complaining for dumb things… The best clothing out there right now is JJill
