JINS Tracking Order Status

I actually had good results with this company in the past. (about 2 years ago). However, my experience in receiving my order is similar to other 1 star reviews: inventory problems, supply problems, and no one answering the phone. I am guessing that something bad happened to the company recently.

Worst customer service I've ever had. I sent a request for frame exchange, it's been almost one week now, still no answer. I contacted their customer service, they said it's forwarded to internal team, and asked me to wait for the internal team to respond, and there is no turnaround time. I tried calling their customer service #multilple times, it's always going directly to their voice mail. I left a message, but nobody gets back to me. I would not recommend it to anybody!

他ブランドのフレームを店舗持ち込みで、レンズを作ってもらいました。（フレームによって難しいものもあるみたいですが）標準レンズであれば、5,500円くらいでした。（2021,8/6時点） 私の場合は、標準レンズ・度数変更無しでお願いしたので、30分くらいで受け取れました。（お店の混み具合によりますが、） 受付から受け取るまでがとてもスムーズで簡単でした！スタッフの方も丁寧で質問にもちゃんと答えてくれたので、納得してお願い出来ました。メガネケースもつけてくれたので、安全に持ち帰れました。また、利用したいと思います！ ※（お店に行く前にJINSアプリに登録しておくと、電子保証書など受け取る時によりスムーズかと思いました。）

I'm reviewing the Jins Japan website. Excellent quality glasses!! I took advantage of the promotion of free blue-light-cut lens across all frames during July. I bought 3 frames. 2 were on sale and 1 was full price. I placed my order on the 27th of July, and I got it delivered on 5th of August. Which was very surprising because on my orders page it told me delivery was predicted 2020/08/15〜2020/08/17. So it came quicker than expected. The quality, the style, everything was perfect. One thing I like about Jins is the fact that getting the lens thinned down is part of the package, considering most places I know charge extra for thinning. 5/5.

価格は安く品質も良いです。 配達もスマートな梱包で注文から3日ほどで届きました。 通販店舗どちらで買っても保証書や度数がオンラインで一元管理できるのも良いです。 サイトやアプリのUIもスタイリッシュでわかりやすいです。 歪みや鼻当ての不備は店舗で無料で直してくれます。スタッフも非常に愛想が良いです。
