I ordered the wrong sneakers and ordered a women’s size instead of a men’s size. The website did not label the product as women’s when I was choosing my size. I tried to cancel my order but there was no way to cancel and there was no way to contact customer service. Update- I refused the package and when they received it they gave me a full refund within an hour. They have sneakers that other sites do not have at times. There is less security with this website that you will get the right product in the right size. It is better to just order from Nike if they have the same product. Also the discount codes they give you do not work.

My shoes were shipped out quickly and delivered on time. I bought them before seeing all of the negative reviews and ended up being a little worried, but it all worked out well.

Ordered a pair of Nike Shoes that were listed in stock for a Christmas. JimmyJazz did end up cancelling after I threatened to file a claim with Paypal. They really deserve one star but customer support did at least respond to my multiple requests for an update, even though it just strung me along for weeks saying they were going to ship real soon just a little backed up....
