Great company to buy from, nothing is a problem, I phoned and got Nicolas assistant manager jigsaw westbourne grove London, he was so helpful, I ordered Shorts online and they got cancelled due to being sold out online , I phoned the store and Nicolas went and checked stock and went out his way to send them for me the same day. Thankyou for helping me out and hope you all have an amazing celebration weekend down there .

Repair Rewear is a remarkable service. I bought two loose knit cashmere jumpers and was a bit concerned at the time about their durability but the colours were so lovely I decided to buy them anyway. Fast forward 6 months and both have small holes in them ..could have been caused by moths or being snagged. I contacted Jigsaws repair service and because they were less than a year old I could send them back for free repair. Both have just been returned beautifully repaired …really impressed ..thank you

Just had product delivered and couldn’t have asked for two more helpful and pleasant staff. Nothing too much trouble. Product excellent 👍

Never posted a review here until now. Just been to the Jigsaw on Old Kings Road (SW3 5TX) and need to rave about incredible service. Zen helped me. She has *such* good styling advice and found the size I was looking for - not easy cause a customer had squirrelled it away on another rack.

I have shopped with Jigsaw for many years now and it has always been such a pleasant experience! My local store recently closed but that has not stopped me from purchasing Jigsaw online instead! Every time I contact the customer service team online they always exceed my expectations and are so helpful!
