Jewellery Box Tracking Order Status

I ordered a ring for a wedding ceremony for my FH. It arrived very quickly, was well packaged and the ring itself was such a lovely item. Perfect for what we wanted. Great prices too!

We have bought a few times from this site as very reasonably priced and there are a lot of nice designs for children. This past Christmas we opened a pair of earrings on Christmas Day to discover only one earring in the pack. I sent an email straight away (as I knew I would forget amongst the craziness of Christmas). I received a reply to my email the next day! Yes... boxing day! And they sent a replacement between Christmas and New Year! I was amazed how quickly it was resolved and my daughter was one very happy girl! Will definitely keep using this site!

Received jewellery very quickly and well-packaged but not excessive. Items were as described and were fantastic value for money.

Found exactly what I was looking for, star earrings, half moon earrings, lightning bolt earrings (I work for the NHS so needed new earrings without stones in them that would still allow me to express myself) Absolutely love my earrings, they fit together perfectly, excellent quality, and delivery was earlier than I expected, 100% recommend jewellerybox. I have ordered several items and always received them promptly. I find the items good value, although I find some gold plated items don't last very long before the plating wears off.
