JetBlue Tracking Order Status

We had a fligtht from Aruba to Amsterdam, with a transit at JFK. We didnt know we had to organize Esta for only a transfer as well. Jetblue was very helpfull with organizing en rebooking us. Besides this, the plane was very well equipped and nice attendances.

I had 2 great experiences in Jet Blue last month . UVF-JFK & JFK - LHR . Both flights where in time and the staff where great . Would definitely use again

JetBlue Customer Service is Excellant! I had an issue with a refund and instead of making me wait, requiring I write customer service and hope to hear back like many airlines, the team transferred me to a supervisior who provided the refund and it was back in my account with in minutes. I just started flying with them and the 2 flights I have taken, the staff also were very kind and provided excellant sevice!

Ik kan niet genoeg benadrukken hoe fantastisch mijn ervaring met JetBlue is geweest! Vanwege privéomstandigheden moest ik mijn vlucht naar Las Vegas annuleren. Hoewel mijn situatie geen officiële annuleringsreden was, heeft JetBlue menselijkheid en begrip getoond door mijn geld terug te geven. Dit gebaar toont aan dat JetBlue echt om zijn klanten geeft en bereid is om buiten de gebaande paden te gaan om hun tevredenheid te waarborgen. Ik ben ongelooflijk dankbaar en zal zonder twijfel binnenkort weer bij hen boeken. Dank je wel, JetBlue, voor je uitzonderlijke service en klantgerichtheid!
