Jet2 Insurance Tracking Order Status

We were staying at the Paphinia Apartments in paphos, Cyprus. On arrival at Paphos airport we had to take a coach transfer after midnight to our accommodation. We were next to last to be dropped off. Everyone else was dropped off at the door of their accommodation, but not us. We were dropped off in a dark back street, and the driver just waved a hand and pointed, saying “down there”. We walked a fair distance with nothing in sight but fortunately having stayed in Paphos in the past we knew we had to find the sea front. We finally found our accommodation and couldn’t get in! It was now around 12.45 am! We had the customer helpline number in the UK and rang it. They were brilliant and contacted the apartment owners who sent someone to let us in. Someone who had never been to Paphos woudn’t have a clue where they were. I think it is disgusting that we weren’t dropped nearer as the walk with heavy luggage was difficult for us, being 2 people in their 70’s.

Jet2 have a brilliant team working like a well oiled machine, from the checking in, including the twilight check in and the hotel check-in luggage collection. The special assistance team sort it all for help for disabled and their carers. From start to finish a stress free holiday.

We have just holidayed at El Sombrero Apartments in Los Gigantes, Tenerife. The apartment was very clean and roomy with a large balcony. We have stayed at these apartments quite a few times and always have a great experience, the pool is very welcomed as is the smaller childrens pool. The apartments are well sited close to the village and also to quality restaurants, and the bus terminus, very friendly staff who made our stay very pleasing.

Again more problems with jet2Holidays Book and pay for extra legroom for my wife and I and without let me know they change our seats them we had a few complaints about the hotel we stayed and finally I just got back and I lost one of my Apple EarPods gone through the claim process and other my policy say I’m cover Axa jet2 insurance say No to my claim, I contacted Axa insurance in which they say that I needed a cover for gadgets, ?! When I look at my police it clearly say it cover for all my personal belongings and up to £400 per item. But axa tells me that my EarPods are not my belongings (😂) but just a gadget. I responded - they are my EarPods and I lost them and they keep saying yes but I should have taken an extra insurance called Gadgets! So the conclusion they take your money, they misleading customers by telling them that any electronics have to be insured separately from the insurance you pay that says they cover any personal items lost or stolen !!!! I hope you guys understand axa insurance cos I DONT GET THEM. Finally Axa insurance tells me that I have to talk to jet2 but jet2 tells me that I have to contact Axa so one blames the other ( be warned) I for sure be taken this further to an ombudsmen after the 6 weeks unless ether jet2 or Axa get back to me and explained ( but reading all this reviews I guess nether will get back to me 😡

Just returned from Sandos Suites Benidorm fabulous hotel and holiday but please get a grip of Manchester Airport terminal 2. On entry to terminal 2 no signage indicating where the Jet2 check in or any operators where but we found you tucked away at the end. Our boarding gate 203 was located after a 6000 step plus hike along seat less corridors atrocious, ruined the start of our holiday as it affected my mobility for the first 3 days of our holiday.
