Jet2holidays Tracking Order Status

Very high standard of quality from using the booking process to going on holiday. Plenty of helpers at every stage eg. airport, transfers and resort. Very good but late flight from Edinburgh…no chance again of meeting the ferry connection to our island destination. Perhaps Jet2 could amend the flight times to make sure onward connections are met, even when on time. Excellent resort and the hotel ( Hotel Osam) on Brac was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent quality and plentiful. Travel light as the access to decks on the ferry can be very challenging with cases on tow. Edinburgh arrivals building was shocking, pails down collecting water leaks from roof, escalator out of action….not a welcoming site. Overall well worth the money and would recommend Jet2 for future vacations.

Very disappointing definitely not what it said on the tin. Location very testing unless your a mountain goat. The accommodation itself way too limited , the actual apartment was spacious and of good quality but the rest was woeful , cramped and not fit for purpose. Reception, pool bar and breakfast/ lunch facilities were all one tiny cramped area hygiene for instance at the buffet breakfast was questionable with food laid out in the open air no chillers or attempt to keep the food from the sun flies etc. No adequate facilities for people with evening flights given the room had to be vacated by midday bar one shower located in the toilets by the pool. All in all definitely NOT an upmarket location despite its cost. To cap everything we did not see or speak to a Jet 2 rep at all despite receiving a text advising of a scheduled visit. We feel we wasted our money.

Overall, booking online and navigating Jet2 website was straightforward. Holiday not so good, won’t go back to Side again. We stayed at Sun City hotel/apartments, not impressed, Issues with return flight, put up in a 5* hotel for a few hours awaiting coach transfer, which was very grubby.

Lovely hotel and great staff Nice food with plenty of variety Restaurant staff and receptionists very welcoming and accommodating. Waiters are fantastic in the bars, except pool bar, where some are a bit miserable. Excellent Italian restaurant with a fantastic manager and staff. Cleaners in rooms need a bit of attention. A couple of times the bins weren’t emptied and bed half made. Never had the sheets or quilt cover changed in the week. This needs looked at. Hotel wasn’t busy so they would have plenty of time to do it. Apart from that hotel was kept clean and tidy

Hotel very busy but they have added an adults only roof terrace with 2 swimming pools & a bar with great sunbeds we managed to get a place everyday. The entrance & bar area has been refurbished since our last visit & rooms upgraded.The only thing that let the hotel down was the restaurant & hot food service. Big queues & always a wait between food being brought out. The staff were all very friendly & helpful & everywhere was spotless.
