Jet2.com Tracking Order Status

I flew from Kos to Birmingham return. All was good, service ,staff and flight. Text messages were great to receive even with French traffic control strikes happening at the time. Baggage handling very helpful if needed. Very happy and will definitely use Jet2 again.

From start to finish Jet2 were excellent, the only negative is the seat allocation on the plane needs to improve, people were segregated all over the plane including me & my wife!!!! Paying for seats is expensive on top of your flight price.

Flight was on time, check in was straight forward and efficient plenty of staff to assist if needed. In service was excellent. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend flying with Jet 2. X

If Jet2 continues to NOT adopt a cynical view regarding 10kg walk ons like their competition, they will run easyJet and Ryanair into the ground. Our flight was good from Pisa and we were kept well informed.

Made a complaint online about price jumping while consulting with husband about booking as I felt pressurised & cheated. No-one dealt with the complaint, though it was logged. Great flight & lovely staff & pilot caught up quite a bit after delayed return with sick passenger disembarking, but conveyor belt broke at B’ham so one hour delay to get bags & little info from staff initially. I managed to get a staff member to sign a note for car park as we would have run over. I think they then did report the hold up to the airport as the barrier was up. Think the breakage was the airport’s responsibility, but more communication would have been helpful. Have previously rated flights with you at 100% so a disappointment.
