VERY POOR EXCUSE FOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!!!

Merchandise and offerings has always been great, but if & when you need customer service, FORGET IT!! I have an outstanding order that was shipped and seems to be stuck in limbo "somewhere" according to tracking. (In fact I already received a more recent order). I wrote to Jerrys last week. Received email reply they would look into it. It is now the middle of the follow week and no reply. SO, I decided to call them. The first 2 calls had recording suggesting we email then call ended & I was cut off. Called back as recording said they were open until 7PM EST. It was 2:00 PST here. I guessed & pushed "one" and got through to recording that put me on hold. Interminable Jazz music. Eventually One message popped through saying I was next call and wait was 3 min. I have been on hold now for over 45 min!!!! (Yes, I'm angry and stubborn)! Order was a large one. I work too hard for my money and my time is more valuable than this poor excuse for "CUSTOMER SERVICE".

Cracked frames will not refund or replace

I love the frames from Jerry’s. I have purchased around 5-10 frames a month for several months. I paint with oils and it takes a while for paints to dry.I also try to keep a couple of frame choices for my collectors. I have had some frames a few months. Recently I discovered in my order all of my museum quality 16x20 frames have a severe crack. I have called Jerry’s 2x and emailed them 3x with pictures. 12.2 AND 12/9 last email12/17 I am told on the phone the info is being noted and customer service will reply as soon as the email is received. Last time I sent another email while on the phone. They said it was received. I still can not get them to reply to me. I want a refund or replacement Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed NO MOT IF THERES A PROBLEM they IGNORE you

Deceptive Email Signup

Signed up on their website for their "Exclusive Club" and waited a day for a coupon code email that was never sent despite receiving 3 others from them. Asked via their online chat and was told the minimum order $25 more than was stated on their website and then given a coupon code that did not work. Went elsewhere and bought all the same items for less. They definitely need to fix their issues and work on their customer relations. Won't be returning.

HATS OFF TO EMILY

My experience with Jerry's Artarama was excellent. I purchased 4 floating frames to display several painting I have done. The frames were good quality for the price. I did not get as many fasteners as I was supposed to however, customer service responded quickly and alleviated the problem. Hats off to Emily in customer service.

Missing items in order

Items were well packed but some items were missing from my order. When I called to ask about the missing items they would not expedite the shipping. It will be at least another two weeks before I receive the missing items.
