Jennifer Zeuner Jewelry Tracking Order Status

I love their products. They are very beautiful, nice design and great quality.

I never write review for companies because I don't normally have 'too bad an experience', but this calls for it. Do not purchase from Jennifer Zeuner. Firstly their necklaces don't look like they are in real life. The star I ordered did not look like the star they showed in photos when actually wearing it. Their returns policy is so short (14 days, during covid as well!!!) that you won't have a chance to return & THE WORST BIT.. if you're shipping abroad, there are international charges of $30 they don't tell you about and are charged at the border before delivering your jewellery. They told me I just had to pay for it. It's also cheap quality jewellery. Their customer service was the rudest I've experienced as well. Their reviews on their website are 4.9 star but as a customer there is nowhere to leave a review so I imagine they make these up.
