I have orderd them a coupke of times, have worked great, but they are like almost every company today, not many part in stock.

All i can say is I ordered an engine from another company and after paying for it i get an email the next day says they can't deliver the engine for 3-4 months i cancelled the order and asked for a refund which will take 3-5 business days before it posts to my bank - i called JEGS and asked their Customer Service Rep if they could call ATK in Dallas to see if they had an engine available for drop ship which the CSR did what i asked - make a long story short i bought the engine and it is now on it's way to my Mechanic Shop all this occurred in a little less than 15 minutes - Great Customer Service and Great Company - Go JEGS Performance - they made my day

It's not the mistakes we make, it's how we resolve them. I had an issue, but Christine in Customer Service got it resolved right away. Stellar customer service!

Product misrepresented on web page and when call into service representative information is inaccurate. Wanted assembled door panels under product number picture shows assembled and sales representative confirmed when I called but after a FIVE MONTH wait that’s not what you get you get unassembled! Now the wait is ONE YEAR !!Don’t trust any information on their web page or information given to you by representative.And of course no attempt on their part to correct or make it right! Why would I have waited five months if I wasn’t misinformed??? My advice shop elsewhere

I only ordered a couple things from Jegs so far, but have had only good experiences. I was motivated to write this order because I had to cancel a part I ordered and they had a really fast, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service rep that helped me. I had the email pulled up to read off the confirmation number, but the representative actually pulled my order up from my phone number instantly (no reading those stupid confirmation numbers!) and I was impressed. I was on the phone for about two minutes and she said she would take care of it. This would be great customer service for any kind of business, but compared to other automotive websites I've had the displeasure of dealing with, this blew my mind. The other part I ordered had a label created same-day, and was shipped the next full business day.
