Jeanswest Tracking Order Status

I have had a shocking experience ordering clothing from jeans west. Placed order over 6 weeks ago. I have not received the goods and had no response to my multiple emails. I won’t recommend buying anything on line from them

Similar to the other reviews here, I ordered from the online store almost 2 months ago and have not received tracking information or the items I paid for. Customer service does not reply to emails. At this stage they have knowingly taken money for the promise of good not delivered.

Worst customer service. I have not received my order that was placed more than a month ago. Tried emailing support & customer care without any reply. Tried to call, but just get a pre-recorded message, no calls go through. To date I have not had any feedback from Jeanwest. I doubt if I will ever hear back from them. Will never buy from them again.

I would never shop with JW again. Over a month and nothing has arrived. Customer service ghosts emails and there is no way to see or find out where my item is. To make it worse, they sent an email to review the product and moderated it, so clearly not everyone is asleep at the wheel there.

Worst customer support ever, place an order on 03 May got my order confirmation but no order tracking details received, since then i have sent 3 email requesting tracking details as im travelling soon and i need to advise someone to keep an eye on my parcel. Called few times no answer, this is not the first time this happens everytime i place an order i have to constantly request for tracking details...Pathetic service!!
