I always find the staff very helpful some of them will go to the end of the earth to assist me and get what I’m after think it was Jessica in the Square and Dundrum I’ve forgotten his name great for returns and exchanges the one problem is the mad prices.

Got odd notices about the delivery being cancelled( and in a different language), then delivered again so I didn’t know what the status was. The order did arrive however. Rang the customer service and it was an automated bot so very off putting. I probably wouldn’t order again online as the customer service is poor and I prefer to deal with an actual person.
