JD.com Tracking Order Status

Not really impressed with the customer service. Should have bought from amazon instead.

Раньше был хороший,а сейчас вообще трек номера не дают и говорят что отправили,ожидаю более чем время доставки указано 30-45 days 57013147366 номер заказа,

They send you defective goods from "jd Collection" and then blame you for manufacturing defects! I got a phone with the same defect TWICE. First time around, I had to ship it back and wait for a month to have them credit me. And they only credit back shipping cost as a coupon! Now I got another version of the same phone (UMIDIGI) which came with the same defect as the first one (bad screen oleophobic coating - visible lines when you smear the screen with your finger which disappear when the screen is wiped with a cloth). Sent them a video and they are saying the line looks like a crack! How can it be a crack when it can be wiped off?? Don't buy from them, there are much better sellers out there! EDIT: I finally had this sorted out, not to my satisfaction but at least they were willing to work with me. Upped rating to 2*

I got very good services with jd.com I would recommend it
