JCPenney Tracking Order Status

what I didn't enjoy is my payment I made a payment yesterday in the morning and when I woke up this morning to check on my phone about jcpenny payment and what popped up was a past due date and I was really confused and angry because I took screenshot of the payment I did yesterday in the morning and now I wake up to show that its past due. what is happening because before I made my payments for jcpenny and I had never had this issue until today. Am I the only person having this issue? right away I called jcpenny to assist me with my problem and this women vilma she was so helpful she was documenting everything that I explained to her and she found a way to fix it and I confirmed it with her multiple times because sometimes the job doesn't get done well but luckily vilma was super helpful and she was able to fix my problem.

Jcpenny sends coupons ! But when you use the coupons you cannot use it on 90 percent of the items in the store ! What a deal ! NOT!!! Had to run back and forth trying to get something for the coupon!!! Too much work then wait again in line !!!

I like their dept store offer good customer service. When I go in and need help their staff help me with a damage coffee machine and they give me replacement so I can get a working one. I will shop with them again for sure.

Jaime was the sweetest during checkout! She made sure I had what I needed. She recommended me going on JCPenney’s website to use a coupon so that I could save more on my purchase! I love a good bargain! I’ll definitely be back to get more of those $8.99 men polos! Nice deal.
