They will refuse to replace headphones that arrived broken. Took weeks to get them to understand that their headphones were completely faulty on arrival with lots of back and forth, having to explain the issues multiple times. Eventually they promised me that they were dispatching replacements. Weeks later when I enquired about where they were, they told me that they had decided not to replace them but weren't going to tell me. The broken headphones are one thing but the service is awful. Kept me on the hook for months explaining the issue and then waiting for replacements that they just weren't going to send. This is still ongoing. Whenever I email asking what's going on and complaining, I get sarcastic responses thanking me for choosing them and wishing me a "stellar day". They even offered me 25% off another pair! How about replacing the broken ones first? Shocking customer service and headphones that don't work. Avoid at all costs

My left headphone stopped working(Jaybird Tarah), and without hesitation, they send me a new headphone, and not just any model, it was a way better model, then previous. Very fast customer service, and great help from Jaybird.

Love the sound and the batteri-life on the jay bird headphones, but the built quality ain’t so good. I have had 3 of the same jay birds and the kept falling apart. After 3-4 months of use and changing the earbud, the speaker it self fall off, evertime, on all 3 of them. And they are really expensive.

I have been a Jaybird user since I got my first pair in 2018 (Tarah Pro) and I am now using the Vistas. Unfortunately I had problem with my charging case, which might very well be my own fault, and I contacted the support team and got in contact with Tanner. He was replying fast and gave me thorough troubleshooting instructions, which I followed, but I couldn't resolve the issue and then I was immediately sent a new pair of working Vistas. Superb customer service (and products!)

Brilliant customer service. They helped with ear buds not working well despite being in the UK and eventually sect a replacement
