Janeplan Tracking Order Status

ordering and delivery very efficient - however storing 28 days worth of packets and boxes is a challenge i hadn't factored in & DHL leaving the box on my doorstep in full view of the passing public wasn't helpful - and it weighed a ton. Even if I had been in the video door bell shows the driver simply rand the bell and left immediately. On to the food...well the pasta dishes are a disaster - over cooked to the point it has little structure. Rice dishes equally disappointing - again, over cooked. The grains become a 'pudding' consistency and very gelatinous in texture- will have to cook my own rice separately which defeats the object of having pre-weighed portions. This is such a shame as the main sauces etc so far have been good and flavoursome. Product development really need to re-visit the cooking of the pasta & rice...supermarket ready meals can get it right so why can't you?

I needed to lose weight to get my BMI down for hip replacement surgery. After trying and failing so many different diets I decided to give Jane Plan a go.The food looked convenient and the calories are all worked out for you. The meals are really tasty and varied. They come conveniently packaged each month and you just store in the cupboard. No need to freeze or refrigerate. The meals are heat treated and not ultra processed so don't contain awful additives. You can eat a different meal every day of the week. You just need to add your own fruit, salad, vegetables and dairy. To date I have lost 3 stone. I've gone down 3 dress sizes and can finally have my surgery done. I'm really happy with Jane Plan and will continue with it until I reach goal. After that I'll continue using Jane Plan more flexibly to maintain my losses. Hopefully my days of yoyo dieting are over. I just wish I'd found it sooner.

Would have given 5 stars but one of the meals had unfortunately split and gone over the other meals in the box.

Harriet was super prompt and helpful when I had to return my order. Due to personal circumstances I had to cancel my subscription after only a few days. The food I did eat was lovely and the uneaten food was well packed and also looked very tasty. I am over all very satisfied with everything on the Jane Plan, and I'm very greatful for Harriets fast responses and help over email.
