Jane Tracking Order Status

XL is a small size 12 Australian. Terrible quality. Leggings look like underwear. Grrr! Lesson learned.

I have loved Jane for years but I’ve noticed since 2021 a shift and the quality of product. There is also a broader scope of what they sell as if they’ve forgotten their primary demographic. The structure of their app is still one of my favorites and a big reason why I’m reluctant to, remove it. ultimately, though, what used to be very boutique quality has turned into the same type of product. You might find on other cheap app places but for three times the price.

Clothes were pretty good quality and items shipped promptly. I think you have to get to know individual brands they offer and know which ones you like, but the shipping cost is a bear so I don’t shop Jane.com often.

Great pushchair, though left disappointed with their customer service. I have had some issues with seller not responding to my messages or calls for me to use warranty on the pushchair (chassis handle gave up after around 7-8 months of using). I have contacted the manufacturer asking for help and they have agreed to help me. I was really happy with the service. How wrong I was on this... After they have agreed to help me I haven't heard back from them, even when tried contacting again-dead silence... 3 stars is a generous score

Don't use this app if you're trying to stick to a budget! I have ordered several things from the different featured boutiques and all have been high quality, comfortable, affordable, and really cute. I also like supporting small business, so I like the boutique aspect.
