Beware!

I purchased items worth £84 from them on 7th of May, believing in what was written on their website, i.e. that my order would reach me within 5 to 7 working days. I did not receive any shipment notifications for almost a week, so I made an enquiry with their customer support to ask what was the status of my order and when I could expect it to be shipped. They replied saying that it still did not leave their warehouse. When I repeated my question regarding the estimated shipment date, they told me they did not know that. The items eventually arrived a few days later, but they left the warehouse more than a week after the purchase.

Very Happy 😃 Having seen the score for the Jack…

Having seen the score for the Jack Wolfskin online store, I was a bit worried. However, the service and product have been excellent. My new shoes arrived in a few days, well packed and with a Returns label enclosed. I am not returning them tho as they are great and I have just walked out in them. They felt very comfortable first time out.

Went to store in Cheshire oaks saw the coat I wanted but decided to call on the way back when I went to the shop the coat had gone I spoke to a gent named Kyle who went out if his way to check warehouse for me there was one in my size a gent named Tom went to the warehouse for me and bought the coat back to the shop this is real customer service thank you Kyle and Tom

J Wolfskin online extraordinary delays to refund returns

I am happy with the delivery of my online order placed on 19th of January 2024, and received the goods by Parcelforce on the 29th of Jan. as per expectations, so no complaints with the delivery. My two star rating is because it feels like one has to jump through hoops to actually obtain a refund for returned goods. I sent the goods back on the day I received them, and complied with all their instructions, and used the Royal Mail label they provided within the parcel. Tracking shows they received my returned goods on the 30th of January at 13.29. I heard no more, so I sent them a complaint to their eshop email address, on the 7th of February, asking for my refund, which was acknowledged with an automated message, but did not receive any further communications. On the 13th of Feb, I emailed their info.com address, enclosing my proof of postage, and requested a refund, as a preliminary step to escalate matters with my credit card provider. The following morning, I received a reply with an apology, which stated that they would process the refund promptly. On the 15th of February, I received a further email stating that my parcel had just reached their logistics centre, and that a refund would follow. By Sunday 18th of February, the refund was showing in my credit card. I hope that the online UK operation can get their act together soon, as I am under the impression that if I had not emailed and sent a proof of postage to their info.com address, I would still be hopelessly waiting for a refund.
