Jabra UK Tracking Order Status

Købte for 11 mdr siden et headset fra denne producent i Elgiganten. Jeg henvender mig til Jabra, fordi jeg oplever forringelse af lyd i det venstre earplug. Modtager vejledning om nulstilling og da det ikke virker, skriver jeg tilbage og modtager vejledning om ombytning. Jeg kan på tirsdag afhente mit nye headset i en pakkeshop. En service Elgiganten ville ha brugt 14 dage på. Yderst tilfreds!

I had a problem with my Jabra Elite 45hr headphones. The Jabra customer service team were amazing - very thorough and helpful. I am now able to enjoy again the superb sound quality of these most excellent headphones - best I have ever owned.

When I bought their 85T in ear wireless headphones in July 2021, Jabra were a new company to me but overall I have been pleased with their performance. Two and a half years later my opinion of Jabra has soured greatly. Issues related to what I believe to be adverse reactions to Jabra firmware updates have left my headphones virtually unusable despite carrying out suggested fixes provided by support( Case: 2348501). With this in mind Jabra did offer a 30%discount on a new purchase. A nice gesture, and I decided on the Jabra Elite 8 Active, currently £149,99, so just over £100 with the discount. However, Jabra are refusing to base their price on the current £149.99 retail price, insisting that the discount is based on the old £199.99 2023 launch price. After two attempts Jabra are still refusing to reconsider this, tarnishing my opinion of them even further. Buyer beware! Wed 10th April - response from Jabra: As you can see from the response below, Jabra are still maintaining that the £149.99 is a “sale price”, not the actual retail price so still refusing to honour the 30% discount against the £149,99 price advertised on their web site, also shown as the retail price on related retail sites mentioned. My opinion is clear. Shame on Jabra. It’s for other readers to decide whether or not they feel this is immoral. I certainly do.

Continuous Reliability. I have been a customer since the 65t Series. Whenever I have a problem with them, they are urgent with their response of taking care of the problem. Will purchase again, once my earbuds wear out or desire for an upgrade model.
